First Aid Response (FAR) Training
First Aid Response (FAR) is the first aid training course required by all Tusla registered childminders. FAR includes the full Cardiac First Response Community standard.
There are 18 hours of training involved. Our certified FAR instructor will deliver the course over successive weekends.
Assessment will be skills based and a short multiple choice question exam which is designed to reinforce the knowledge and skills learnt on the course.
