2. Select a childminder
It’s a process that may require several visits or contacts. Drawing on the decades of experience we’ve gained working with other parents, we’ve developed a list of questions which will be helpful in deciding the right childminder for you.
3. Written Contract
We also advise that you have a written contract between you and the childminder. This should include rate of pay, frequency of payment, method of payment, holidays, absences, opening hours, notice of termination and more.
